Refund policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made on Nutrinations (the “Store”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This policy is intended to align with applicable consumer protection requirements in Egypt. Mandatory legal rights always apply and are not limited by this policy.
Your rights at a high level
Subject to statutory exceptions, consumers generally have:
- A right to return or exchange eligible products within 14 days from receipt (even without a defect).
- A right to return or exchange defective or non-conforming products within 30 days from receipt, with a full refund or replacement/exchange as applicable.
Category rules
Due to health and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any supplement that has been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with, except where the item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, missing, expired at delivery, or otherwise non-conforming.
Wrong item, missing item, damaged on arrival, or defective items
If you receive an item that is incorrect, missing, damaged, expired at delivery, or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for delivery-related issues (damage/missing/wrong item) and provide evidence.
- For defect / non-conformity claims, we may request additional information (photos/videos, batch/lot number, and a description of the issue).
If verified, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include: replacement (where available), exchange, or refund (full or partial, depending on circumstances).
How to request a return, exchange, or refund
Contact us by email with the following:
- Order number
- Item(s) concerned
- Reason (required for wrong/damaged/defective/non-conforming claims)
- Clear photos/videos showing: the outer package, the shipping label, and the issue

Return shipping / pickup costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/missing item) or a verified defect/damage/non-conformity, we will cover return shipping or arrange pickup at no additional cost to you.
- If a change-of-mind return is accepted for an eligible unopened item, the customer may bear return shipping costs and any payment fees that are non-recoverable from payment providers, where permitted.
Inspection and approval
Returned items (when accepted) are inspected upon receipt. If an item is returned opened/unsealed, missing components, or otherwise not in eligible condition (and no verified defect/non-conformity applies), the return may be rejected and the item may be shipped back to you.
Refund method and timing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another traceable method we specify.
- Refund processing begins after approval/inspection and may take several business days depending on banking/payment provider timelines.
Discounts, bundles, and promotional offers
If your order included discounts, bundles, or promotional pricing, any refund (where applicable) will be based on the amount actually paid, and may be adjusted if returned items affect bundle eligibility.
Order cancellation
- If you request cancellation before dispatch, we will cancel and refund/void the payment where possible.
- If the order has already been dispatched, it will follow the rules above.
