Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered within Egypt for purchases made on Nutri-Nations (the “Store”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Shipping coverage
We currently ship within Egypt only.

Order processing (dispatch preparation)

  • Orders are typically processed and handed off for delivery within 0–1 business day after successful payment/confirmation.
  • Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM (Cairo time), on Fridays, or during official public holidays may be processed the next business day.
  • “Business days” for processing refer to Saturday–Thursday, excluding official public holidays.

Delivery time estimates (after dispatch)
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on exact location, peak periods, weather, and public holidays. Typical delivery estimates after dispatch:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
  • Alexandria & most governorates: 2–5 business days
  • Remote/outlying areas: up to 7 business days

Shipping fees
Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you place your order and may vary by destination and order size/weight.

Tracking and delivery updates
Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking and delivery updates using the contact details provided at checkout (e.g., SMS or email). Tracking may take a short period to activate after dispatch.

Address accuracy and delivery attempts
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and a reachable phone number. If delivery fails due to incorrect details, an unreachable number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. Any re-delivery may require additional fees.

Receiving your parcel; missing items or damage
Please inspect the outer package upon delivery.

  • If the package appears opened, tampered with, or severely damaged, refuse delivery where possible and contact us immediately.
  • If you accept delivery and later discover damage or missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of: (i) the outer package, (ii) the shipping label, and (iii) the item(s) received.

Delays and events outside control
We are not responsible for delays outside reasonable control (including public disruptions, severe weather, or public holidays). If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimates above, contact us and we will assist with follow-up.
